你懂什麼叫做睜眼說瞎話嗎!?
So, I was doing the grading of lab reports (yes, again....the nightmaire which will never end....), and students were like *making up numbers* wherever they can.

So, we were doing the stoichiometry for the reaction of NaOCl and hydrogen peroxide (漂白水和雙氧水). 根據理論上的化學計量顯示, NaOCl + H2O2 ----> O2 + H2O + NaCl. So we know the ratio NaOCl/H2O2 = 1. Somehow these 2 students messed up with the conversion in their calculations, and came up with this really odd ratio, NaOCl/H2O2 = 320. OK, I looked thru their calculation, and it looks fine to me except the conversion. 1 point off.
Then I looked thru their conclusion. The question was like ---- "The expected stoichiometry is 1:1. How does your result compare? Are you within 5% of this values?" OH MY GOD!! They say that the data from their experiment gives them a *perfect 1:1 ratio*!! (真是看見鬼...) I was like !#$%^& what the heck are they talking about????
And explain in the report the kind of error they might have would be *human error*. What is that word?? I've never seen any wording like that in a science report!!!
So, yeah~~ see how mich I enjoy grading those 小猴子的實驗報告.........
