Wednesday, there was a patient called "Wednesday" forgot about her appointment; yesterday I had a patient called "Summer"; today, there was a patient forgot to check in as well, I bet his name is FRIDAY!!!
BTW, those Media Center guys are SO CUTE!!!!!!!!! Standard American Stud looking!!! I couldn't help look at them twice when I return the videos...hope my Spring isn't late....hahahahaha~~~ (j/k)

Such a nice day today!!!!
Really wish I could go out + lay on the grass + enjoy the sunshine out there, but I couldn't.
I'm now in my lab listening to Lee-Hom's + David Tao's CDs, and later I'll have one more class to go, plus a physics tutor session. (I'm the totur, man~~)
Estimated time for going home: 10:00pm

I think I'm gonna snap pretty soon for overwhelmed by a feeling that is beyond description.
I guess I'm the only one who knows this stupid reason, and I feel so stupid.
Maybe it's sth I should never do, or should even never think of, but I guess I just can't help it.
It bothers me day and day and day...........When can it come to an end?
Maybe I should get out of here, or do sth much meaningful, or hangout alone at night, or...........(speaking incoherently)
I re-modified the webpage again, and hope I can eventually get the layout I've been looking for.

海王星也有四季變換
與太陽相距遙遠的海王星接受到的日照熱量只是地球的九百分之一，但美國太空總署的觀測結果首次揭示，即使在這樣一顆冷寂的行星上，可能也有四季的轉換。
美國太空望遠鏡科學研究所說，科學家利用(哈伯)太空望遠鏡進行6年的觀測後發現，海王星南半球大氣層雲帶的寬度和亮度都在明顯增加。科學家認為，這些都是海王星季節變換的徵兆。
參與研究的美國麥迪遜大學科學家指出，海王星雲帶近年來出現的變化是對太陽光照季節性變化的一種反應，這種現象與地球上看到的季節變換類似。科學家根據雲帶分析，海王星南半球現在應該是暮春時節。
按照距離太陽由近到遠的次序，海王星在太陽系各行星中排行第八。海王星的天氣一直以古怪和狂暴著稱，這顆星球上刮起的狂風速度有時達到每小時1500公里。
與地球相仿，海王星的自轉以一定的角度傾向太陽，這可能是導致產生春夏秋冬四季變換的主要原因。但與地球不同的是，海王星繞太陽公轉一周要165年，每個季節都有可能長達40多年。據推測，海王星南半球正在經歷的這個春天，可能還將持續20年。

It was the Taiwanese Nightmarket thing today, and I felt like being ran over by a car......
My legs are in pain, my shoulders are sore, my neck seems like detaching from my head, and i still have BUNCH of things to do!!!
(+ I really want to go get my favorite stuff at the Streat Fair, which is strawberry stick coated with white chocolate and corn!!)
Yup!! Let's finish my yellow biochem book, and watch 1 episode of HERO tonight, and to go the Fair for lunch tomorrow!!!

Another long day for Mimi~~~
Odeggard library seems to be my 2nd home these days coz I kept watching lecture videos there. I got so much notes, and I can pretty much understand (say 85%) what the prof. is talking about, and what concepts are important. Nice job, Mimi!!! And I got myself a nice green apple bubble tea as a treat!! (You gotta believe me, here, we take "bubble tea" as a luxury while you treat it as something easy-to-obtain.)
Guess I'll watch some Taiwan news later on, followed by some more biochem reading, then sweet bedtime reading!!!
(I don't think I can live without books~~~)

Today is my turn to register for Autumn class, but the computer system is so retarded and didn't allow me to get the CHEM 452 this morning...... (CHEM 452 requires MATH 125, and I took MATH 145 instead of MATH 125, and that causes the problem.)

真的是很心寒
如果這個時候
連濟世救人的醫師都因害怕而落跑
那還有誰可以救我們!?
雖然說
是政府沒有做好政策規劃
無法照顧到各私人診所
沒有配給NIOSH指定級數的口罩給診所醫師
或發給防護設備
他們只好自力救濟
但是那些物資都是要去支援比私人診所
更需要那些設備的"第一線"的醫護人員
如果疾病的情況嚴重到
連診所醫護人員都需要用到NIOSH 42 CFR 84級的防護
我不相信政府不會配給
現在可好
就連那些小診所的醫師都不想開門看診
有一些還想逃到國外
說什麼自己也是"第一線"的醫師
那請問一下
你們有收到政府給的一天NT$10,000嗎
你們有在照顧受感染的病人嗎
如果沒有
你們就不是第一線的醫護人員
請把那些防護設備
留給那些真的是在第一線搏命的人
如果連你們都說
"太恐怖太危險了, 我要逃跑 / 休診.
話不能這樣講, 人本來就是要保護自己呀!!"
不要把自己所有的想法都"合理化"

反撲的力量可見有多麼兇猛
這也許是反撲的序曲
也許之後還有更大更嚴重的物種報復行動
人類能做什麼
也許什麼都不能做
只能被invade
我們已經用了太多太多的抗生素去對付一些物種
but please bear one thing in mind:

Ugh~~ Didn't do much today, but how come �����@�������@�������������������H
Anyways, bunch of our officers went somewhere north for a food handler permit. It took about 2 hours to get it done, and I was so hungry while taking the test......(and I was so nervous about failing the test coz normally people don't.) I got 100%!!! hahaha~~ (there should be nothing to brag about, coz it's so easy....)
Then bunch of us had no idea where to go for dinner, all of a sudden, the boss of 168 called me, and he wanted us to go there. (I don't really know the point of going, coz we could have talked about the issue on phone...) Anyway, all of us had a nice Taiwanese style dinner, and most important thing is that ---- boss' treat!!! Free food always taste better!!!
OK, my day is now complete. Heading to bed!!
