I'm TOASTED today!!! 6 hours of lab for me.....
Basically, I just repeated the same procedure for 2000 times: pipet. pipet. pipet. Transferred the stupid culture from 96-well plates to a little tubie thing, and there were 20 plates staring at me. Did the plasmid DNA extraction as well. Doing the extraction on 5 or 8 tubes of DNA is fairly easy, but when it comes to 20 OF THEM, it becomes hell, it becomes "mission impossible". And you know what, 20 more are awaiting for me tomorrow............
Went to work at 4:00pm, and worked all the way 'til the clinic closed. Never worked that late, and it's kinda cool. Had a long walk home, and the breeze just takes all the tireness away. (It always work for me~~)
Anyway, off for dinner!! Dumpling tonight!! (That's what we call "college-student food!!")
