Talked to Mom earlier, and just noticed that our National Health Insurance in now like a CRAP. Taxpayers will have to pay more next budget year, and will receive inferior medication. Governors of the Bureau claim that the organization has suffered a loss in money for a period of time, that's why they need taxpayers to pay more. But I was wondering how come the staffs of the Bureau still get 4.5-months salary as their annual bonus???
I'm "a bit" confused by the point of having NHI.
Who gets the benefit after all??
